last act as being cadets :/
kind of have th feeling that i want to try something new but dont want to put down all of cadet life yet.
today's act was quite slack (DAMN SLACK)
we were supposed to meet our squad ICs earlier so we could talk to them.
had mixed feelings during that time.
when they told us to talk so wont be so sian.
i kind of jammed.
its like i know i want to tell some stuff,
but when i look at them,
there is nothing. x.x
and therefore th blank expression on my face :/
Sergeant Ongmin told us to bond more with our squad and stuff like that.
she said ' NCO-ship can either bond or break your squad'
she told us she failed as a squad IC,
and was damn emotional D:
she even cried.
i was sitting there then i really didn't know what to do luh.
all i could do was look at th floor.
i was damn guilty. :X
cause its mostly our fault that we didn't improve.
we were all so sian of cca that we didn't bother about anything.
so when she told us that we would be better if we had better ICs,
i was feeling damn guilty luh D:
i just want to tell them that,
it really isn't their fault luh.
i could tell that they did try their best :/
it was all our fault. x.x
we are seriously hopeless.

maybe everyone felt th same.
then we carried on to describe our year 3 NP life.
louis said something damn hilarious LOL.
he said something like ' the activites were all fun-filled. the experiences are genuine, not fake one. (and one more line i think, i forgot le)
th mood completely changed when louis said that :X
everyone was laughing.
i was kind of laughing also,
but it was those kind of laughing you cant really control but you dont really feel happy de. :/
kind of like that bah.
we were told that we had no fate with flagstaff.
cause on th days we were supposed to build a flagstaff,
it always rain de LOL.
so changed to mufti and had drill.
quite boring uh :X
slow march here,
turn to th back,
change to quick march,
and omad.
that was mostly what we did luh.
after marching,
went to get our cc materials and fell in in the canteen.
were told to revise our cc cause there will be quiz.
so i revised lor,
nothing to do anyways HAHA.
revise until hurricane lamp then was told to fall in in front of 4A classroom.
each person had to answer one qn.
so i choose pressure lamp since madeleine got chosen for it already :D
im so nice luh xD
anyhow answered and somehow got it right? LOL.
then i was helping yunhui answer th working mechanism of th pressure lamp,
cause i read it just now while i was revising.
then Sergeant Alicia was like ' omg, did you like memorise th whole thing?'
so i was like ' no, i just now just read one'
LOL.
went to 7-11 for lunch cause mama shop and canteen both close :/
(oh, wei liang from new town NPCC talking to me in facebook O: second time talking to him le. he like damn random eh LOL)
ate a pizza bread thing,
then decided to be a pig and eat 3 more cookies + 1 can coconut juice.
damn fattening ._.
but ate 1 cookie only,
although i bought 3
cause th cookie became as soft as cake and it was time to fall in le :D
we wanted to fall in in front of 4A classroom again.
but got chased away cause they wanted to conduct th interview there D:
supposed to split into groups of 5 or 4,
cause we had to plan lessons.
so in th end,
i grouped with ruth, kristine, zhang ying and jing hua HAHA.
we didn't really talk much about th how we were going to present when kristine was called to go for th interview.
everyone cheered for kristine and asked her to jiayou (Y)
she was th first one sia.
scary T__T
so ever since then,
th topic we talked alot about was th interview.
i was quite scared at first bah.
cause kristine describe until damn scary.
then more and more people went and came back,
so i became more relaxed cause they told me it wasn't as scary as i think.
special thanks to jing yee, ruth, junianti, ken and yang sheng for making me not so scared :D
especially ken and junianti.
cause ken told me to jiayou and he reminded me of my post LOL
while auntie managed to convince me it wasnt scary :D

tried to calm myself down.

i think i screwed up my interview.
it seemed th shortest out of everybody's one leh.
they just asked me 4 qns.
then i could go get keng seng le. :X

1: why of all squads did you choose to be th sec 2 squad IC?
2: who do you think would be suitable to take up th top 2 positions in th unit?
3: are there like any tensions in your squad because of th hierarchy?
